I spoke to someone last night who advised me I had to upgrade my WRT54G wireless router. My service support # is 08080311BC. I went to bed after the fix was made. Tonight since I returned from work, I have not been able to get on the internet , again, when plugged into the router. My sales receipt says "One Time Phone Support, but this is not a satisfactory "fix."I don't know what the problem is. I've unplugged for 3 mins, replugged. All appropriate lights are on , but no connection. Please help! Jeanne Dickey
