I sprained my ankle .. What can I do to make it better ?? ?

someone told me too eat foods rich in calcium, any advice put there ?

  1. Go to the doctor.


  2. A sprain is a muscle injury. Calcium won't fix it. Just time & heat/cold(depending on how long ago the sprain was).

  3. i did that twice and there is practically no help: immobilization for 10 days, rest for additional two weeks, salty water, after three weeks of rest you can slowly start exercising the ankle (swimming helps most)...  

  4. i've sprained my ankles loads

    i just get a ankle support and try to rest it

    gets better after about a week or two
