Question:

I sprained my ankle awhile ago and im trying to get over it, will doing strengthen excercies heal it faster?

i find that when i do strengthening excercies it makes it worse the next day.

  1. Then you have not had enough healing yet.  Ice it for 15 minutes every hour that you can.  Do calf stretches.  Roll a golf ball under your foot.  When you are ready, use a theraband or similar stretch band.
