  1. The product you used has etched and clouded the finish.  The good news is that it is not permanent.  You can hire a company to treat it and buff it out or sometimes you can successfully do it yourself.  TileLab sells a repair kit at the home improvement stores.  It contains a solution that you make a moist poultice with, leave it on the area overnight, then neutralize it and then seal it to restore the shine.  Depending on how deep the chemical reached it may take a couple of applications and if it doesn't work you will have to call a marble restorer.

  2. I am afraid you may have permanently damaged your floor, Cilit Bang has some pretty dodgy ingredients,, some of which are corrosive, I know its too late now but take a good look at the label and what you should not use it on

  3. NEVER QUESTION BARRY SCOTT AND HIS CILIT BANG!

IT WILL ALL CLEAR UP ON ITS OWN AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE BETTER BECAUSE OF IT.

BARRY SCOTT IS MY HERO AND I WANT HIS CILIT BANG OVER MY FACE
