I start boxing in 1week and i have none can yall show me what kind i need and traing stuffed to get me better?

im 12 years old and weight 90 pounds im trying to weigh 150 can yall show me what traing stuffed i need for boxing and gear plzzz im a beginner

  1. Run...easiest/cheapest way to get stronger and gain stamina.

    I would probably suggest a punching bag (or you can go ghetto and put a couple pillows on a wall/door and punch those). Also, lift weights. Possibly get some adjustable ones so, as you gain strength, you can adjust as desired.


  2. dont do anything technique-wise as you can get bad habits, i would say a good routine to get your physical up will be

    mon,wed,fri- 3sets of push ups, sit ups, squats

    tues,thurs,sat-jogging until your tired, walk until recover then repeat until you hit 25mins

    mon-sat-jumprope if you have one

    sun-take some rest

    follow this until you have an actual coach and if he got his own conditioning guide then just forget mines and have fun boxing

  3. When you start boxing at a gym they with provide you with everything you need. They might not have the best equipment to use but its better than nothing and eventually you'll understand whats important and what isn't and that will help you buy what you need. Dint worry about element right now worry about lea ring everything they teach you correct then other things will fall into place.

  4. I use to go boxing when I was 15.  I use to jump rope everyday, 3 minutes 3x, just like in a round.  I also use to do push-ups and sit-ups.   For effective ab workout, you should purchase an ab wheel.  Below is a picture of an ab wheel.  It's really cheap, no more than $10.  Also lift some weights. Not alot.

  5. Boxing gloves, jump rope, speedbag, punching bag/ kicking back
