  1. You will probably have to call the Athletic Directors office of your college and ask if they have the direct number to the golf coach or they will be able to get a hold of him or tell you when tryouts are for golf.

Yes you will have to take your clubs.  Sorry! Just leave them in your dorm till golf tryouts/season!   They golf coach will have some sort of locker room/holding place for college golfers so they don't have to carry their clubs all over campus.

  2. i think you should take them just so you dont have to make a trip back to wherever the clubs are and just put them in your dorm room out of the way and if you need them you can have them...

  3. maybe you could just bring them but keep them in your car

  4. go to the schools athletic website and get ahold of the athletic director by phone or email

and bring your clubs. most schools that have a golf have an oncampus course. my school does and its a lot of fun to play (Rutgers course)

  5. take only the necessary clubs, get a small bag and you're good to go. easy. they don't take up too much room and you can play a full game with a skeleton crew of clubs.

its easier on the back as well. I did this and it worked fine.

    later

  6. Some schools don't have golf tryouts. depends on what school. The thing with golf is that all the big colleges can easily fill there roster with recruits and there are no more open spots. but what you can do is email the University Golf course and they can tell you.

  7. Scratch player, and you didnt get recruited?  That seems a little strange to me.  Your school dosnt have a faculty contact list or an email list?  That seems a little strange too.
