what is the avg. rate i should charge how or how should i charge on a apartment? I have to drop off a bid in the morning and I need to know how to charge them or the a avg. rate i can charge. also if i am cleaning a club house every day how should i charge that

I no of someone who has there house cleaned by two ladies for two hours a week and she pays them £8 a hour each. Also someone else i no is paid £15 for two hours cleaning for two hours, cleaning a office.

I think it will be best if you charge by the hour rather than a set price, maybe go around to the place which needs cleaning and estimate your time, and how long it will take for you to clean that particular place up, and if it is daily then you wouldn't have a whole load to clean unlike if it is one day a week then you will have a lot more.

I think depending on the services you provide, the minimum hourly charge and the products you are using should go into play.  I know many companies around where I live do a 1st time clean for $65-$85/hr depending on Square Footage and there is a 3 hour min.  Then when they come back every week or every other week, the charge around $85-$120 (depending on sq ft) total (not hourly).  

I think the more you can offer your clients the better off you will be at setting a price.
