I started a new email...but lost the password. I tried the newpassword thing...it did not work help?

Just change to a new password!!! If you don't know how to do that, call your ISP and have them help you.

your email is to much like office max the business, you need to just go into the site and redo your whole email and come up with a new email and password

it is like this YAHOO! will ask your recovery questions and you date of birth where u live and so on juz like that

Go to forgot my password on the log in screen.  They'll give you a word that is supposed to be difficult to understand, or they'll ask the question you provided when you started the address.  Just give the answer.  They will let you in and E-mail the password to you.
