  1. could be, I would maybe talk with your health care provider and make sure that you're not anemic (low iron), which can also make you very tired.  You can take supplements to offset anemia, as well as change your diet to boost your iron levels (with veggies high in iron)  Good luck!

  2. Answering your question depends on if you think you could be pregnant.  If you are sexually active then its not a diet change.  It could be a pregnancy!

  3. Well have you lost a large amout of weight. If changing your diet caused you to loose a lot of weight your body may not have enough protein and good fat for you to maintain healthy organs. If this is true you should talk to your doctor and help yourself become helathy again.

  4. you might not be getting a balanced complex carbs. Diet for a Small Planet will explain Of course you need to see your doctor.

  5. If you lost a lot of weight, it could be.  I went vegan six years ago and eat quite a bit of tofu and other soy products.  I'm still very regular, and I haven't noticed a significant change.  And if I had, I would assume it was age-related, not diet-related.

  6. Soy products can affect your menstruation!

  7. yes you need to eat meat as a natural resource of iron. people might tell you that you can find iron in other resources but meat. I f I were you I try juice beans but for sure you body needs real protein animal.

meat beef juice, chicken  Brod I eat the ends of the bonds that have a lot of iron. anyway if you don't want to follow a regular diet go with you doctor  that will prescribe you a iron supplement  in that way you will recover your period

  8. You need more protein and iron rich foods....go see a naturopath
