  1. I have been using a thera band (forget what it is called) but I do arch stregnthening excersises , I can already notice the difference after four weeks. I do it every night after I go for a walk, before bed. Look up arch strengthening excersises there are a load on youtube.

  2. If u wanna save money on buying stuff to stretch your arch try holding it bent for a while .. just be careful cos if u hold it for 5 minutes then try to walk it might hurt

    Hope this helps xx

  3. it sounds to me like you want to improve your arches. to do this, you can buy a thereaband, like the person before me mentioned. you can also practice pointing your feet by doing tendus, rendejambes, (spelling??) and pointe your feet as hard as you can. you should get better.

you should also know that good arches don't make a good dancer. if you aren't having trouble getting up on pointe, then you really don't need to change your feet. if you just aren't happy with the way they look, you should just practice and do your best. good luck! :)

  4. The question is somewhat unclear, but I've heard using a thermaband will improve your arch. You practice bending it with the band supporting it, making it a little bit more difficult to pointe it.

  5. you just need to work on your arch. sit down and pointe your feet as hard as you can for 8 sec. do this about 15 times do some releveas and really roll through you foot and i hope that helps
