I stared spotting on Tue and had tests and appointments at doctors and ultrasounds and the whole worx, then Wed night started to bleed heavily and confirmed m/c at doctors thu morning by bhcg levels.. So i know i have a regular cycle of 33 days and OV on day 19 so do i start my cycle from when i started spotting or bleeding?? My doctor told me it would be fine to try again straight away..

  1. I just went through this.... cycle day one starts the first day you had heavy bleeding...so in this case your cycle day 1 would be Wednesday. I miscarried on june 22 and I did ovulate that cycle (at day 25). We choose to wait until I got my first normal period (came July 28th) before we started ttc (doc recommended only 1 month as it was a natural miscarriage). GOOD LUCK and I hope you get a BFP!
