I stayed at hope house 14 days, should I send AR-11 for address change? how about I opened new p.o. box?

I have 10 years green card.I have 2 questions..Question 1: I lived in My mother-in-law's house. but I slept at "hope house" temprary 14 days and Last night, I slept at gym. I may continue to sleep at gym or model for certain period of time(15 or 30 days), then I go back my mother-in-law's house, which is my previous home address and mailling address. should I send AR-11 and report for changing of sleep address for temprary stayed? Question 2:Just a few days before I started to stay in hope house, I opened new p.o. box. even I go back to previous house, I will continue to use p.o. box as mailling address, should I send AR-11 for reporting change of only mailling address?
