  1. drink coffee, put music on, tv, take a quick cold shower, always works

  2. I am currently a Security guard in Orlando, FL. I work nights and some times during the day to. I was also in the Army for a while. I had to pull all nighters in the Army a lot to. I even did it several times in college.

Any way, go to 7-11 or some other similar store and get what is called: Five Hour Energy Shot. It is a small bottle and it is usually at the counter. It works better than those energy drinks. You can also drink coffee and pop. If you smoke (Hopefully not), smoking a few cigarettes will help to.

But most of all, stay active.  Go out side and get fresh air, run around the house, do push ups or what ever. If you are sitting down, stand up for a while. It is hard, but possible, to sleep standing up (I have done that before to LOL).

Turn up the AC a little if you have to.

Listen to the radio with head banging music.

  3. You should cancel babysitting.  Lack of sleep means poor judgment and it would be very irresponsible for you to agree to watch children with no sleep.

  4. haha same hereee except i dont have to babysitt.

i suggestt; drink soda, cofee. take a showeree.

straighten your hairrr. hahaha, hope this helpedd.

    :DD

  5. Your too young to babysit the legal age to be in charge of minors is sixteen. You are in no condition to be in charge of yourself let alone anyone younger.Don't babysit. What does your mother think about letting stay up all night you should be grounded.

  6. Call the parents or who ever and appologize. DO NOT BABYSIT! Think of the child and waht might happen if you are not alert and functioning.

  7. well i actually just read an article on yahoo about how to have more energy on less sleep!

they said drink coffee but not a lot

take a sniff of something lemon, the citrus helps keep you awake

laugh! laughing brings more oxygen into the blood!

get active, when you're feeling tired, get up and walk around for a minute

  8. Obviously you aren't responsible enough to babysit. However I'll help you out anyway. Play with the kids, don't put them in front of the TV.

  9. Whoa.

I did the same exact thing and I'm babysitting right now.

    Drink coffee.

Or just play with them to stay awake. Stay standing.

  10. Watch some television, drink something caffeinated, and slap yourself everytime you start to fall asleep.

  11. You should NOT be babysitting....if your not responsible enough to go to bed..BECAUSE you knew you had to babysit ..your NOT responsible enough to be with CHILDREN....!!! Call someone to do this for you....you CAN NOT stay awake all day...Please just call someone to take care of the kids...you will be short tempered & this could to be a danger to the kids...ever hear of shaken baby...I have & I know of someone who this happened to and now we visit her gravesite & the person who did it is in prison for the rest of their life...please please call someone to come & take care of those kids....

  12. COFFEE IS THE KEY.

  13. Drink coffee, go for a run, dance, play with the kids.

  14. Drink coffee, pinch yourself, jump up and down periodically to keep your blood pumping, jog in place, go outside several times and take deep breaths.

  15. Drink Caffiene and play with the child you have to babysit.

Realistically you should have been more responsible and not stayed up all night knowing you'll be looking after a minor today.

Either way, keep active, don't sit and watch t.v or anything that relaxes you. You've got to keep your eye on that child!

  16. shower in icy water.

    listen to fast,hyper songs.

    excercise - jugging

    and everyone's favorite- coffee

  17. drink coffee

  18. play with the child.

send child to bed and take advantage of all the cool stuff the place has.

  19. Keep moving (playing games on floor, Lego's, etc)- if sitting, eat something that isn't filling, but to keep your mouth active.

    Have some caffeine (Mt. Dew)

  20. have a energy drink, and next time be more responsible,

babysitting is a serious responsibility , i am a mother and i would not let you watch my child if you had been up all night. if you feel asleep and something happen to the kids, it's your fault.

  21. Um think about the fact that someone is trusting you with their childs LIFE and go to bed earlier next time? Think about miley cyrus andc the jonas brothers lmao who cares just don't sleep while babysitting.

  22. pop an upper!

    NO ITS A JOKE...

take a vitamin & drink some coffee, energy drink, or cokes...

eat like 20 pixie-stixs.... play with the kids like dancing around & stuff... wear them out so they will take a nap & you can take one too!

    good luck :]

  23. drink something with sugar in it, and play with who ever you are babysitting. it will keep you occupied and awake.

  24. piki stix and coffee yum good combination!

  25. Drink some caffeinated coffee, take a cold shower (not hot, because hot water will relax you!!), eat a healthy meal, and try to take a little cat nap before you leave. Once you start babysitting, jump around and keep moving with the kids, rather than sitting down and watching a movie, or playing a board game.

Good luck and have a good sleep tonight!

  26. stay busy, the second you lay down "just for a second" you're out for hours.

and coffee is a GREAT alternative to sleep. just trust me, do NOT drink it on an empty stomach, I've pulled four all-nighters in a row and yesterday I drank three cups of coffee without eating and I threw my friggin guts up from it.

and it would leave you buggin out all day.

  27. Drink coffee or soda.

Put the TV volume as loud as you can stand.

    Eat some ice.

Paint your nails (if you're a girl), the odor should keep you awake.

    Watch something scary.

Eat some chips, the carbs are good for energy.

  28. Dont babysit! Its irresponsible people like you that mean i'm to terrified to leave my daughter with a babysitter. Anything could happen, just do the right thing.

  29. I have had that happen to me.

Well, what I did is I kept myself active. If the kid wants to run around or something, go outside and play, and drink lots, and lots of coffee. :]

  30. Maybe a cup of coffee wont hurt.

Also eat a nice healthy meal, maybe a ceaser salad!  Followed by some fruit salad.

The idea here is, seeing as how you deprived your body/mind of sleep, you can at least take extra steps to provide yourself with an abundance of nutrition! COMPENSATE

  31. drink coffee or energy drinks , try not to stay too relaxed and keep yourself busy , if u have time have a quick nap before u have to babysit , hope this helps : )x
