I stepped on my cat...?

About a hr ago i stepped on my cat. We took him to the er vet. They wanted $700 to do test and i didnt have the money. What do you think is wrong with him? He isnt bleeding or crying? You thing he will make it?

He should be just fine. As long as he doesn't seem in pain. I wouldn't worry too much.  If he seems in pain, take him to the vet.

$700 to do what test?  That's more than an x-ray should cost.  Did the vet feel to see if the cat had any broken bones or if anything felt amiss?  I would take him to your regular vet in the morning.

Is the cat limping?  What problems is he showing, if any?

Lmao there shouldn;t be anything wrong with your cat. I used to step on my on accident. and she would just run away from me for a while. Nothings wrong with your cat

How bad did you step on him?  I've stepped on, sat on and kicked my cat by mistake many times and he always survives.  

Is this exhibiting any symptoms?  Is it passed out, awake, breathing?  More info needed.

I agree with everyone else.  Keep an eye on him and take him in for an x-ray in the morning if you are still worried.  How hard did you step on him?  With most accidental stepping, you usually pull back before you apply too much pressure because you know you are stepping on something.  Unless it was a lot of your weight on him, he is probably fine.
