I recently posted a question regarding weight gain. I was asking for some advice on how to gain weight.
Again, I'm 20yrs old, 6'2" and I weight 135lbs.
I did some math, listened to some suggestions, and upped my caloric intake to over 5,000 a day. I wrote down EVERYTHING I ate and I didn't work out at all, to make sure I wasn't burning off calories I was trying to take it.
(The week of 11th-15th). That was two weeks ago. So, during my 5 days of constant eating, I felt I was gaining very little(if any). I weighed myself on the 5th day(on a full stomach) and I had gained 5lbs! I knew it wasn't going to be accurate, but I just wanted to see SOME sign of weight gain.
This week, I went back to my usual food intake and weighed myself today, and I am STILL 135lbs.
After doing all of my number crunching, I ate around 22,000 calories within 5 days, and I did not gain a single pound.
I am in excellent health, no complications whatsoever, I exercise a few days a week and I can't gain anything!!
Now what...
Any advice?
