I still have not recieved my stimulus check, how can I contact them?

I did my tax returns when I was suppose to and received a letter one month ago saying that I am to recieve X amount of dollars but I still have not gotten it. Who should I contact to see the status?

The letter also states that if your check is not received on the date indicated that you should wait six weeks and then contact the IRS.  The same letter that everyone gets has the phone number on it.  Good luck.  We are still waiting on ours.

Did you owe the IRS anything? I think I heard that if you owe money, they will take it out of your stimulus check. I could be wrong. Good luck on getting your free money.

You can try 1800-829-1040 good luck getting through though. We tried this morning for our ammended tax return and waited 20 mins then an answering system came on saying there was a technical difficulty and to call back .. ughhh

Also if you owed any money to the IRS, or for student loans or child support you will not be recieving a stimulus check.
