Question:

I still have one more test on the ged to take, Math, can i start college now and will they help me pass??

Im 27 i dropped out of school senior year, had 2 kids blah blah blah, anyway i decided that i wanted to be a nurse so i took all the tests needed for the ged except the math because it's intemidating to me, im not so good w/ numbers. anyway it's been 6 months since taking the few tests ive passed so far and i just want to get things moving im not getting any younger, can a college help me w/ this one last test? like allow me to apply for classes w/ out having all tests?? Any advice on taking the math test? im so busy w/ children, husband , cat , dog , home it's just so fustrating that i am just now starting my career and this one small interference is holding me back , help!!

  1. Just try to take the math test to see how you do. This way if you fail, you will at least know what's on the test and what you need to study for. If you plan on going to college to be a nurse, I'm sure there will be math courses and you will have to work with numbers. I don't think you can enroll in college courses without a diploma or GED though. I must also commend you for pursuing a goal and trying to better yourself. WOO HOO!
