No.  Even if they kept a record, because you were so young it would be "sealed", nobody can look at it.

No if their was a record of any kind it was ages ago and you were young and could barely think straight. They would just give you a punishment or make it clear to a guardian that this is a bad thing to do. Humans are not that cruel even if they are police lol and employers shouldn't really think much of it since you were so young.

If you went to court, there will still be a record, but it will be sealed.  It was 8 years ago.  Employers don't look at what you did when you were 10.

It was a misdemeanor anyway, so no matter if it was 8 years ago or one month ago, you don't need to mention it since they only ask for any felonies you have.
