i still eat chicken and turkey so i get protein. the reason i stopped eating it is because i am grossed out that like a hamburger has more then one cow in it and that to me is discusting, and so i started eating kosher but i didn't like the taste.

  1. Try cooking with more spices, garlic, allspice, even try a bit of hot sauce. Don't over cook the meat. Try to cook chicken and turkey in a roasting bag. If you are buying these products already prepared you are getting a heavy dose of salt in your diet. You may want to add fish to your diet, just keep it to less than two servings per week, because of the mercury problem.

Personally I love a great steak, pork chops, bacon, sausage, ham, and even a good hot dog.

I also love beef products like milk, cheese, yogurt, and on occasion ice cream. I limit these products in my diet, because they make your butt and belly  big.

No need to take vitamins, unless your doctor told you to take a specific vitamin  it is a waste of money.

  2. Good decision for daily eating because the chicken & turkey is less acidic than the red meat and therefore better for regular consumption.

  3. red meat is bad for you so start eating other things like vitamins and vegetables Good Luck!

  4. Red meat is bad for you?.. I wasn't aware of this... Anyway, you stopped eating red meat because you didn't like that manufactured meat is basically a bag of surprises?

That doesn't mean that a steak that you cook at home is bad for you. Cook it all the way through, and even if you don't just make sure you eat it before it goes cold. There's nothing wrong with red meat.

In any case, for extra protein, make sure you eat mushrooms. They're called 'meat for vegetarians' because of the amount of protein they provide your body with.

    Hope this helps! :D

  5. its a good choice, your still eating the healthier of meats.
