I stopped taking my cymbalta 30 mg. The doctor had me on .5 xanax to sleep at night and that works well.

Will the xanax help with the withdrawls from the cymbalta?

When my psych took me off Cymbalta, she also prescribed Xanax, and I did not have any problems with withdrawals.  I was on it for about 6 months, 60 mg per day.

when I stopped cybalta cold turkey, I had a panic attack that lasted a month...if you stop it, ween off of it, a little at a time, dont just stop it like I did!
