you dont want to panic when your down with 2 strikes when your on deck watch the pitcher does he have a pattern does he throw the breaking ball when your down with 2 strikes so when you your up to bat you can be one step ahead of him when you see that pitch unload on it and hit it like you want the bat to fly to the 3rd baseman =) hope this helps good luck

keep your eye on the ball, and dont swing for the fences. swing for contact and eventually you will run into home runs. if youre struggling with timing, show bunt then pull back while watching the ball to gauge velocity.
