I study protein purification. But I have problem to release the protein from the pellet after spin down?

Can I just resuspend the pellet with lysis buffer and run gel directly?

Look in http://hum-molgen.org/literature/12-2000... if you have it. My sister said it has laboratory techniques for protein purification and stuff. She uses it. Maybe it is in the library or one the professors might let you glace at/photocopy what you need.

My sister says resuspending the pellet in 4 molar urea might be an idea and it's the usual way. Other stuff might destroy the protein. That is if your are running it on a gel. It might vary with what you are doing so I would check with others before doing anything. If you have lots of the sample you could try it. Use this advice at your own risk.
