I submitted my site with its new domain but has not been indexed after about two weeks. What's happening?

I added my site www.prevailpestcontrolinc.com about a month ago and it was indexed. However, about two weeks ago I changed the domain to www.prevailpest.com and submitted it but it still has not been indexed.
