I suddenly dont know who i am anymore?

Things just seem differnt..I'm not excited about things i used to be excited about..what has happened?

or your suddenly realizing things.

i went through something like this this past summer.

but ive been depressed for about 3 years.

but whatever you do, dont try to act like its alright and force on a smile.

it only makes it worse.

you should.... embrace this... in a way

if you feel that your depressed you should see a doctor though!!

but if this is just like a realization to the world and your surroundings let it take you somewhere.

but to a good somewhere.

let it become something

things happen for a reason

and things will work out

this could make you a whole new person

when i went through it i became something i never thought was possible for me

i saw things in new ways

and became more understanding, accepting, and caring

it all basically depends on how you handle it though.

i think i can relate to that.

i dont seem to enjoy things as much as i used, and i often get fustrated about it and ask myself: why has this happened? how as this happened?

i think that one of the reasons for it happening is my approcah towards life and my life style.

i have started university and have worked extremely hard and often found myself getting stressed out alot, and not finding the time to do the things that i used to enjoy.

now i seem to worry about things too much to enjoy the things i used to do or get excited about.

anxiety may also be an issue, as i have felt extremely anxious.

This is growing more and more common in this day and age when it takes a great effort to be noticed and even more, plus luck to succeed. I'm in the same boat.

My close friend just got in big trouble... and I couldn't eat at first, nor sleep. Now i just feel confused... like do I go do like what is right for me... Finishing high school, and like doing the mature things. Or do i act on instinct and say **** the world... I don't laugh anymore... I don't joke... All i can think about is my friend, and how is he doing in jail, and visualizing the murder... I now we're not in the exact same boat, but i sort of used this question to vent out my own personal life...

My advice though, is that everyone changes... and you may think its like scary... but you okay.. you'll get through this stronger.. your thoughts are your feelings. so think good thoughts and if you believe in god (if you don't then just don't pay attention to this next part) think of him, and i'll pray he helps you out its a bad feeling.

You need a change...you need to find what will make you happy. Try people you love, places you love, things you love...something has to make you excited.

Has an event occurred that could have changed you?

If its depression all I can tell you is to go out, don't ever sleep in, and be with people.

You may just be maturing and not really as happy with things that use to make you happy.  That happened to me and I had to find other things to do.  Look at it as an opportunity to reinvent yourself.  You can do whatever you want to or change anything you want to.  It's kinda like a new beginning.  Have fun with it.

It happens to everyone all of the time.  You have just outgrown some of your interests, so perhaps you should think about taking up some different interests where you will be challenged again.

your body / head wants a change & your not letting yourself change.

you should of put how old you are so i could like tell you what to do..

But join some clubs . Meet new friends. Get a new style.

Possibly Depression?

Have you been taking any pills that you just stop taking?

It could be your body adjusting.

Have you taking any drugs at all?

If things continue to worsen see your doctor.
