Question:

I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks?

this often causes me to be late when I have to go somewhere especially work. I am fine until it get close to the time I should leave and start to get uptight and end up in the bathroom due to Irratable Bowel Syndrome. I also have problems with depession and insomnia. My job allows 15 min late but I tend to be a half hour. This is not something I have control over. I have been at my job for almost 20 years and this has not been a problem as I pu in my hours and my clients have been happy with my work. My problem is this now they are coming out with a GPs system and will know everthing and am worried about loosing my job. Is there anything I can do to overcome this or protect my self legally from being let go. In help senoirs and people with dissabilities in their homes. I am woorried as this is not something I can help it's not like I want to be this way. Thanks any help is appreciated. I'm going to see my doctor to see if he will provide me with a letter of proof that I have this problem..

  1. I know how you feel. I've suffered from OCD and depression for years. I also have Fibromyalgia and have had many IBS attacks before going somewhere I am supposed to be. I would talk to your Dr to see if there is a letter they can  write to put in your file. Are you taking any medication? When I used to work I was allowed to be 5 minutes late but was always 10 and 15. I tried and tried but it seemed the more I tried the more nervous I got and it would make me even later. If you need someone to talk to about this just e-mail me. Like I said, I've been there.

  4. If you do not have enough money, you could take drugs, like alcohol or crack, to feel better and many do. But that does not cure it. The cure is to make more money. If you are depressed, the cure is not to take a drug, like Prozac. The cure is to be happier. If you have panic or anxiety, which everyone feels at one time or another, the cure is not to take drugs.   5. there are meds for this and with the bathroom there is sometimes you may try and leae abit earlier and then when you try earlier you will be 1 hour earlier and be ok to get moving i know its hard and you hae to try its so hard to be 20 years and lose that how much for can you retired? you need to get retired maybe do ctor can help also.

  6. I had overwhelming anxiety including gastrointestinal problems. It turned out to be a chemical they put in food called sucralose. And it is in a lot of stuff. From fitness water to tomato sauce.

    Sucralose is what Splenda is. Sadly, the package doesn't have to say Splenda or diet to have sucralose in it. You have to read the ingredients.



    Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia, gastrointestinal issues and more.

    The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.
