I suffer from lactose intolerance and cannot eat the following food. I would like some food advice please.?

I had a food intolerance test done and was told of the following foods that I should avoid due to stomach reaction :

I am confused as these foods make up 100% of my diet and even so I am still malnourished and losing weight. The food test results are :

STRONG REACTION

Rye

Yeast

Carrot

Gluten (found in oats , wheat , rye , barley )

Cows milk

Egg

Carrot

Yeast

MODERATE REACTION

Oats

Rice

Corn

Cashew

Chocolate

Olives

SLIGHT REACTION

Salmon , trout

Shrimp , prawn , crab , lobster , mussel

Pea , lentil , haricot

Peanuts

Can you suggest what i can eat instead of the above to gain weight ?

  3. well i dont think i see chicken on the list....maybe i missed it but if i didnt well then EAT CHICKEN:) there are tons of foods with chicken. dont worry it may seem like u cant eat a lot, but you will soon find tons of stuff ur able to eat.

  4. pasta with a tomato based sauce,

    roast dinners...

    -substitute rice for pasta, the seafood you mentioned for Cod or haddock

    -eat more meat

    -instead or carrots have mixed Veg of sprouts, cauliflower, green beans, cabbage.

    can you have goat's milk instead of cow's milk?
