They scare the c**p out of me. I usually track it if its severe too. (I wanna be a meteorologist!)

Yeah, as long as there's no tornado warnings, then they are cool.

I love it when it rains like a monsoon for just a few minutes. Like you're getting a shower and then it's sunny.

Thunderstorms are awesome!  Ever since I moved to Seattle I really miss them. :(  They are one of the best types of weather, so using the term "good thunderstorm" is perfectly acceptable!  (unless, of course, it spawns a violent tornado, in which case it may not be...).

Oh yes whats more wonderful than being curled up with a loved 1 all snug and cosy big fire blazing and not having a care in the world. Or on a summers day being cooled off by a heavy warm rainfall bliss!

I *love* thunderstorms!!  To me they are very soothing...I am completely in awe of them.  My dog on the other hand, does not share my love of them!  He needs doggie valiums to get him through it...poor thing.  My love of storms has lessened slightly since he has come into my life...but he is old and I will be able to enjoy them again.
