I always have to wear jackets because I sweat through my shirt in the armpit area! Ugh. But whenever I wear a jacket I dont sweat...its because i'm not worrying about people noticing my pit stains. I use Clinical Strength Deodorant. Its the best i've ever tried...but it only lasts about 30-90 minutes with me. Haha. HELP! Its hot out, I need to wear a T-shirt!

  1. I have the EXACT problem. I always have to wear jackets and am self-concious if people can see my pit stains. It's so embarrasing and stressful and I don't even really know why I sweat so much!

Talk to your doctor, maybe there is another deoderant that can help better. Just try to sit still and be calm at school and keep on a jacket if you can. Don't worry...most people won't even notice!

  2. I used to have the same problem so i tried this stuff called drysol and it works so well i really don`t know what i would do without it

  3. i suffered from that too.

i could say i tried everything and spent a lot just to make the sweating stop. i've tried over-the-counter products, Doe's and everything but still nothing worked. until i went to see my dermatologist. she gave me "Aluminum Chloride 15%". i tried using it, at first it may seem that i wont work, but just be patient, i apply it twice a day. morning and at night before i go to bed. and i works. now i don't have a problem raising my arms. try it.

  4. How bad does it bother you? Because you can go to a doctor now and get injections to stop the sweating. Your condition is called Hyperhidrosis, and they use Botox (yes the stuff they use for wrinkles) to keep sweat glands from overproducing the wet stuff.

"BOTOX® neurotoxin helps control this condition by temporarily blocking the chemical signals from the nerves that stimulate the sweat glands. When the sweat glands don't receive chemical signals, the excessive sweating stops."

If this is something that seriously bothers you, make an appointment with your dermatologist and ask about treatment options.
