I sweat a lot, is there any way I can reduce it

I apply deodorant in the mornings, it is definitely potent throughout the day. I only sweat when I'm playing sports, even when I'm not tired or playing hard. I have to wear a white shirt or you can see how much I sweat. My hair gets really wet and drips in my eyes sometimes. Recently I was playing tennis with one of my friends and after a while I got really sweaty even thought i wasn't tired. Evidently she noticed and even commented, "Wow, you sweat a lot! I hardly sweat at all!"

  1. There is a way to get rid of it and its botox injections believe it or not I see alot of women on tv getting it done.

    But what I don't get is every person has to sweat because sweat is waste in the body. With botox you don't sweat but still where does the sweat go if it doesn't go anywhere.

    I wouldn't get botox men are suppost to sweat I don't care what you or my friends think about sweating because I don't give a *.

  3. well some people sweat more than others naturally but you might be suffering from a medical condition ask a DR about it ..

    Sweating alot will cause other problems such as skin irritations , rashes

    and of course body odor that you migth not be aware of at first ..

    Stay hydrated ..and take more breaks  so you dont collapse from dehydration you are loosing alot of fluid ..

    Be sure to shower more often and wear as little clothing as you can when you can because with all the sweating youre skin needs more ventilation than it  normally would ...

    treat any rashes with hydrocortisone cream and if you

    need something for foot odor believe it or not but soaking youre feet in tea with work for that ...

    also you might want to use some unscented powder to absorb odor and keep youre skin smooth.

  4. um yeah.. there's a thing called clinical strength deodorant and it really works well! it keeps you dry for 24 hours.. even when you exercises!! i would try it.. made by thecompany of gillete and you can buy it at any drug stores for 10 dollars!

  5. Drink a lot of water. Sweating is good. Relax you are not the only person this affects. You are okay. You are out going and keeping a healthy life.

  6. eat less salt and drink lots of water

  7. You can wear a headband.

  8. stop with the salt all sweat is is salt and if you do eat salty food or w/e use water to water it down
