I sweat a lot. i get hot really easy. it can be raining outside and i still get hott. is there somethin wrong?

so im 16 and im always hott, and i constantly sweat. ive used everything for deodorant and it still doesnt work. it can so cold outside or just fine, but im the one with the sweat dripping down my forehead, and its so embarrassing. what do i do!?!?!?!?!
