When I'm at school I sweat a LOT. When I'm at home or anywhere else I don't sweat as much. But the problem is when I sweat a lot i sweat threw my deodorant and start to smell and its embarrassing. And yes I wear enough and I have tried just about all types of deodorant. And I shower everyday. I'm guessing this happends because I feel nervous at school? I don't even know why I do. Is there anything I can do to be less nervous at school and situations like that so I don't sweat as much?

  1. fIRST, HOLD YOUR BREATH AND RELEASE IT SLOWLY, THIS WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR CIRCULATORY SYSTEM, YOU NEED TO STOP MOVING, JUST BREATHE, TRY FINDING OUT WHAT EXACTLY IS THAT MAKES YOU NERVOUS:

EXAMPLE:    YOU HAVE TO GO THE FRONT OF THE CLASS, TO MAKE READ YOUR LITTLE SPEECH, AND WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO READ, EVERYBODY IS GIGGLING, AND MAKING YOU FACES

HOW TO?      DO NOT LOOK AT THEIR FACES LOOK FOR A SPOT ON THE WALL,

YOU NEED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC IN YOUR QUESTION AND FIND OUT WHICH EXACT THING MAKES YOU NERVOUS

THERE IS A PRODUCT OF CLEAN & CLEAR THAT YOU CAN APPLY ON YOUR FACE FOR YOU NOT TO SWEAT, BUT REMEMBER WASHING YOUR FACE THROUGHLY EVERY DAY.

IF YOU SWEAT ON YOUR BACK TRY BUYING A SPRAY DEODORANT THAT YOU CAN APPLY THERE, BELIEVE IT

    REALLY HELPS !!!

  2. That happens to me a lot also, I'm not sure why, or how to fix it, but you're not alone.

  3. secret clinical strength works great for me.. if not go see a dermatologist.

  4. Excessive sweating is a clinical issue than can be helped by your family doctor.  Across the counter products are not strong enough to handle the problem.  You need a prescription strength anti-perspirant.

Incidentally, this is generally a symptom of social anxiety.  It will resolve in time.  Again, your doctor can provide you with some solutions to lower your anxiety levels.
