Im 13. Am I over working my body to much?? And next season (september) I swim 6/7 times a week for longer and twice as hard! Im probably not getting enough protien because I am a vegetarian but my mum told me to I need more protien so I eat only a little meat but that's it!! Is there anyway for me to get my body heathlyer so I dont get sick all the time!!
