How can I let my friends know that I have changed from Charter to AT&T Internet.

  1. Too late, the Charter account has been deleted and all your data with it. You could try to access it, some firms keep in a temp folder the data for such an occasion, maybe you're lucky.

    Just email them from the new address a message saying that this is your new email address.
