I switched to Stream Energy last year at a rate of 9.1 for Kwh ... now?

Question

They want me to 'lock-in' new rate ... but I think they are too high!

I live in Texas. Does anyone know who a lower-cost provider is?

You probably don't have any good choices.  You'll just have to cut back on usage.
