I sync a video to my zune but when i use my zune it says "no items" in the video section

I try to sync the videos again but it is the same problem. Anybody have any suggestions on what i should do?

Try this and see what it shows you. Open your Zune program and try to sync one of those videos. This time while it is syncing click on device>status. Is it syncing? Is the video converting while it is syncing? Do you get the yellow flag of doom when you try to sync? Do you get an error message or error code?

Without knowing that I agree with the first poster. Make sure you have the original video still on your computer an remove the problem video from your collection. Use a converter that will convert the original vidoe-not the one that is in the collection-to wmv with a resolution no larger then 320x240. Then try to sync the video.

make sure it is in the right format, zune will not play normal .mpg files.  download a free video converter from the internet to convert into a zune compatible video.  On zune.net, there is a forum for users with technical problems.  I love my Zune!
