I take Wing Tsun. How do I poc sao (sp?) without telegraphing?

Walking slowly through the motions, I don't telegraph. When I go full-speed, everything surges forward, but I show what I'm going to do.

How can I stop this?

Well the first thing would be to make sure that you are loose. Make sure there is no tension in your body especially your back and shoulders. That way you will be able to whip your arm out across with speed and minimal telegraphing. You might also be trying to hard. Instead of going lightning quick try a little slower and more controlled. Once you get the hang of your body motions relaxed then up the intensity.
