  1. On a police application there will be a question whether you are being treated or have been treated for a mental condition, if you are found to have answered it incorrectly then you could be dismissed for filing a false application.~


  2. No WAY! That would be discriminatioN!! Just be honest.

  3. No it shouldn't. But make sure you let them know so when you are drug screened and it shows up then you have a defense. You need a letter from doctor stating this and why.  

  4. Medical records are confidential, and protected by HIPPA. The department would not have access to this information.  

  5. I take it now for previous Police Work, now retired.
