  1. it might be genetic. if it is, there isn't much u can do. i haven't figured anything out anyway. take a look at pictures of your parents when they were your age. that might hold the answer. my father was as thin as i am when he was 18

  5. You are still thin because your metabolism burns up calories at a very fast rate.

    If your 2nd question means you want to gain weight eat red beef; whey protein powder, protein drinks like Ensure & Boost as snacks; grains; lots of fruit & fruit juices; yellow, hard cheeses; whole milk & milk products. Eat potatoes, rice, noodles.
