  1. Bromocriptine is used to treat amenorrhea, a condition in which the menstrual period does not occur; infertility (inability to get pregnant) in women; abnormal discharge of milk from the breast; hypogonadism; Parkinson's disease; and acromegaly, a condition in which too much growth hormone is in the body.

Hydergine-This medication, a combination of several drugs that belong to a group of drugs called ergoloid mesylates, is used to relieve the signs and symptoms of decreased mental capacity due to the aging process.

    Consult your doctor or pharmacologist.

these two sites give the relevant information and warn about possible interaction but a Dr's advice would be the best I would have thought..best of luck.

  3. Yes can take them safely

  4. Yes, it's absolutely okay to take both of these medications together ( as long as You are aware of its side effect symptoms and harms ).

But, the only thing You need to be very cautious about is that never take any nutritional supplements containing Cytochrome P450.IE. Grapefruit; as long as You are on your Bromocriptine medication. Grapefruit juice may increase the plasma concentrations of this orally administered drug that are substrates of the CYP450 3A4 isoenzyme. The proposed mechanism is inhibition of CYP450 3A4-mediated first-pass metabolism in the gut wall by certain compounds present in grapefruits. The extent and clinical significance are unknown. Moreover, pharmacokinetic alterations associated with interactions involving grapefruit juice are often subject to a high degree of interpatient variability.

  5. Summer time is right.

You need proper PROFESSIONAL advice on medical matters.

Your health is too important to leave to the well-meaning amateurs, like me, that you will find on YA.

One thing you can do, yourself, is look up these drugs online (Wikipedia may be a good place to start), and look under "drug interactions".  A good doctor will be impressed that you have taken the responsibility of informing yourself.

  6. what did your DOCTOR say?
