I teach pre-k and need a discipline form/calendar to send home everyday.Any ideas?

  1. I used to use a behavior chart. It listed five behaviors the child needed to work on. For each behavior the child would either get a sticker, star, etc. or none. At the end ofthe day if they have all five they would get a treat (pencil, eraser, little award, etc.). Of course you don't want them to get used to material things, but its a start.  


  2. I created my own using a calendar template.  I was able to put relevant information on the calendar like holidays, etc. as well.  

    Each day I marked a 'happy face' or a 'sad face' in the square of that date.  I stapled it to one side of a 2 pocket folder and sent it home each day.  In the other side of the pocket folder, I sent home the work of the day.
