  1. If you make papercrete with your paper I don't think it would matter.  Have you heard of papercrete?  Go make some landscaping blocks and see link:

  2. It does matter, every little piece will accumulate up to alot in a period of time. Have patience, and you will see results!

  3. depends where you live and what the paper processor prefers.

    Historically it has helped with the recycling process and our county requests that you take the windows out if the paper is to be recycled.

    Check with your council.

  4. yes it helps, more than a small percentage of plastic in the paper makes it useless for new paper as is, then you have to sent people in to separate it manually.

  5. Ask your municipality. They use different companies to deal with  it. My town says its ok to leave the plastic windows on. Others might now.

  6. It definitely helps, where as if the window was in some would waste the whole envelope rather than paying someone to do this.  Which if you think about it would be another waste of resorces.
