  1. Be more careful !!!  And ask your doctor. Do you play sports?

    I'm sure they have a brace or ace bandage you maybe should wear when you play ruff games.  Good luck to you. Hope you feel better soon. Hope you not going to be laid up for the season.  You pharmacist might be able to help with this too, and you won't get a bill for services. haha


  2. Wear a Brace. or Braces* find one that fits really well and tight.

    Try keeping those joint straight, especiall your knee..

    I recently sprained my knee and wearinig a brace really helps.

  3. How do you sprain your knees and wrists??  Are you an athlete?  Think about your activity when you are injured.

    It sounds like you have very weak knees and wrists..  See a Doctor and he will probably prescribe a physical therapist.  They will check you out and give you exercises to perform to strenghten your knees and wrists.  Your knees and wrists do not actually have muscles, just bones and tendons which are connected to muscles.  The muscles need to be built up.  It really doesn't take that very long to bulk up.
