  1. Sorry but no, the only way they would cover that is if it is necessary for medical reasons but not to have a baby:(


  2. Probably not too many since it's considered elective surgery.  

  3. Not that I am aware of . . . you may want to look into your local bank for a loan or even Capital One which has "fertility loans" available that can be used to cover a tubal reversal and other treatments.

  4. Not even here in Canada will you find an insurance company to perform a tubal reversal, and my insurance here in Ontario makes pretty much everything free!
