I only eat one small meal a day. It's been going like that for a week, and I've lost a good amount of weight. My friends all say that I already have a nice body, but I think I've got a bit of tummy and my thighs touch in places. I think my mom has noticed too; she makes food with lots of protein/fat (rice with lots of butter, etc.) and wants me to eat it. But she's a nurse and close friends with a psychologist, so I think she knows that it won't help to force food on me.
After losing a couple more pounds, I'm going to stop this. But do a couple of pounds matter? I'm thirteen.
And is this weight healthy? I'm 5"2, and 100.5 pounds.
