I think I'm being done for benefit fraud please advise?law

what will happen to me if they say i have ? my ex stays now agin for the kids he dosent give me money he just takes me shoppin to make sure the kids get proper food an he he his very controling towards me so i do has he wants,i have 2 children with him an made a mistake we had s*x an now im pregnant i dont want to go to proison i need an want my children im so scared what i have done i dont want to go there i dont no what to do

i have just recieved a letter stateing i need to go in for a interview under caution and am bricking it to be fair ................................

i recieve jsa housing and council tax benefit,  my boyfriend {who is my x parner from before , father of my daughter} stays over 3-4 times a week and he does get mail delivered here as his correspondence address {will this go against me in the interview}

this is the first time i have ever claimed benefits so am a little clueless to what the rules are ?? !

 

can anyone advise ???
