I think I'm having really bad side effects to Wellbutrin (generic) XL...muscle jitters, jerks, leg pains, etc.

Can I stop taking this if I've only been on it for 4 days? Do I need to wean off of it or can I just stop? I want to see if these are side effects or if something else is wrong.

What does the leaflet that came with it say?

I have yet to find a medicine that doesn't state: if any of the following occur ....[insert things like muscle jitters]..stop taking immediately. So I would suggest you do so, but consult a doctor also.
