I think I'm pregnant but tests are coming up negative! why?

my period is 7 days late and all week i have felt tired, sick and have achy b*****s and feeling a bit emotional however i have done 4 pregnacy tests and all have come back negitive! whats wrong with me? could i still be pregnant?

So, what really is the question?  Your period is late, and you show many of the signs that you're pregnant, even though the p**s test is negative.   Sounds like your pregnant.

Maybe the achy b*****s just mean you're starting to lactate.

Go to your doctor for a blood test and they will tell you for sure but you more than likely are pregnant if you are 7 days late. If you are overweight that can cause a late period though but you have to be quite overweight before that happens. You may not be producing enough hormone for it to show up on the test.

The at-home tests are supposed to be very accurate - but sometimes they're not. What they do is that they measure the level of a certain hormone (hgb or something like that - I can't remember just now...) - however, this level would be very low so early in your pregnancy.

Give it a few days or go see your GP..

Call your physician and see if they can run a test for you. It may just be a stubborn irregular period, though. And worrying about it can stress you out and make the period come even later! Those symptoms can also be PMS, so don't stress.

Normally tests are 99.9% are correct it might be correct.  But go for other tests from different doctors.

Yes,  you could still be pregnant. At home pregnancy tests aren't always as accurate as we would like them to be. Your symptoms seem to be right on target with those of a pregnant woman. The best thing for you to do now is to go visit your physician. He or she could tell you for sure. That's better than not knowing and feeling like c**p. Good Luck :]
