I think I'm "skinny-fat"?

I'm currently 18 years old, 5'4" and weigh 112 lbs. Since I finished high school two years ago I've become sedentary, getting no regular exercise and sitting most of the day, while eating a lot more junk food. I've always been a naturally slim person and I think I just got lucky and inherited a fast metabolism. Obviously I have gained slightly since high school.

My problem is that even though I can maintain a low weight with this unhealthy lifestyle, I'm starting to get a bit of flab and my clothes are getting tighter. How do I get rid of the flab without losing tons of weight?

  2. I think you have identified the problem in your question.

You are not exercising or eating well.

Change to a better balanced diet....fruit will help.

Go for a vigorous walk before or after work for at least half an hour a day.

For your waist line do tummy-rolls.

Get on with it otherwise before you know it people will be calling you Miss Piggy.

  3. ive had the same problem ever since i left school, its just so hard not to be tempted by the chocolate and the junk food isnt it

  4. Flab, you mean untoned?

Instead of doing cardio workouts do exersizes on the areas of your body that have the flab, this way it will tone the flab without losing weight, and will give you a more muscular, unflabby body!

  5. Cut off the junk food.

  6. eat healthier

exeercise at least 3 times a week

    have green leaves

lots of sit ups-this helps the tummy buldge

and you 112lbs isnt that heavy for 5'4'' btw! its normal!
