Over the past.. oh 3 or 4 years, maybe even longer I've had obsessive behavior. I never have gotten it checked out, as it never seems to be enough to take to any further measures, but I would like to find some way to cope with my obsessive thoughts when they arise. Some things I would say I do just to give you an idea would be.
washing hands quite often
checking under my bed before bed, I use to have to check my closet to
checking my alarm clock 5 or 6 times
If i get a stain on a favorite shirt or just any shirt, thats all I can think about for the rest of the time I'm wearing it or until I get it out
feeling not clean and having to shower multiple times a day some days
just some examples, but sometimes it gets really annoying. Any tips would be great for just dealing with this. Thanks!
