Question

I accidently put a corrupted file on my mp3 and now I think it has a virus cuz whenever I try to access my music folder on the computer it says it is corrupted and undreadable and when I try to access it from the mp3 player it just keeps restarting itself. It wont let me delete anything and I dont know what to do...
